Participants will draw on the technology, innovation and management experience of the Smallpox eradication program and other global health efforts to illustrate how modern science, the humanities, and collaboration can build systems and capacity to tackle the problems of tomorrow. 2020 marks the 40th anniversary of the eradication of Smallpox; the only human disease ever eradicated.
