Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resource Center

The Georgia Global Health Alliance is working closely with our public health partners to monitor and respond to available information regarding the outbreak of novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), a new respiratory virus.

If you are a partner or member of GGHA or its sister organization, Georgia Bio, and would like to add a link to this page, please email Maria Thacker at mthacker@gabio.org.

Symptoms

Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough and shortness of breath. Georgia's departments of Public Health are working with local health care providers throughout the state to ensure readiness to respond to this novel virus. Healthcare providers who suspect COVID-19 infection in a patient should report them immediately to DPH by calling 1-866-PUB-HLTH (1-866-782-4584) and ask for a Medical Epidemiologist.
