MAP Collaborates With Partners To Increase Access to Medicines

Beginning today, MAP will be hosting its inaugural MAP International Partner Conference. MAP’s domestic and global partners are gathering to forge ideas on how to better serve each other and reach more people in need of medicine around the globe. Here is why their partnership means so much:

An estimated 16,000 children under age five die each day from a preventable illness such as diarrhea or pneumonia.

One of the biggest contributors to these frightening statistics is that most of these children are born into communities where there is no access to basic medicines and health supplies to help sustain their life. These numbers would be so much worse if not for your support to sustain us, and the work of our partners that extend our reach. We could not be more thankful for them and their passion for “the least of these.”

Consider this, in 2017 MAP International provided over $618 million in medicines and medical supplies to those in need around the world.

Our key partners joining us this week played a vital role in helping to ensure these life-changing medicines were delivered around the globe. Some of those joining us include Convoy of Hope, Food for the Poor, Love a Child, American Leprosy Missions, the Salvation Army and many more.

MAP International plans to grow its reach and save more lives. This means our success will be their success. With two billion people lacking access to medicines and health supplies, our partnerships will be vital in achieving shared goals.

Please remember our partners in your prayers today and tomorrow that they continue their inspired work.

"Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor." - Ecclesiastes 4:9
